Ocean Knoll School holding food drive for families

The Ocean Knoll Elementary School PTA is holding a Thanksgiving food drive through Nov. 19 to help 50 families in need. Students are collecting nonperishable foods such as canned tuna and chicken, cooking oil, beans, applesauce, canned vegetables, cereal, juice, rice, peanut butter and jelly, crackers, and boxed oatmeal and mac and cheese. No glass items please. Look for the yellow collection boxes at every gate during pickup and drop-off to donate items, or donate $10 toward the purchase of a turkey.
