Cardiff-by-the-Sea Library Summer Reading Program
Cardiff-by-the-Sea Branch Library kicked off its Summer Reading Program June 22 with a “Literature Comes to Life” interactive theatrical presentation of ‘The Rainbow Fish” with Stacy Wein.
