iPalpiti Festival returns to Encinitas
The 2019 iPalpiti Festival of International Laureates recently celebrated the 22nd year of the music festival led by Maestro Eduard Schmieder. From July 10-14, the festival took place in Encinitas, presenting four different concerts.
Photos on this page were taken July 13 when, in a special double feature, two different concerts took place at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. At 6 p.m., soloists from the orchestra were featured in a violin extravaganza followed by a catered reception with the artists on the lawn. At 7:30 p.m., the iPalpiti Orchestra, conducted by Eduard Schmieder, performed Brahms’s Hungarian Dances, Mendelssohn’s String Symphony, and other works. For more information, visit www.ipalpiti.org.
