The community gathered Nov. 24 for the festive Encinitas Holiday Street Fair held along the S. Coast Hwy 101 from D Street to J Street. The fair included more than 450 food and arts & crafts vendors, four entertainment stages, children’s rides, bike valets and the kid/dog-friendly beer garden.
