Viskanta, Schneider sworn in to EUSD board

At its Dec. 13 meeting, the Encinitas Union School District Board of Trustees swore in two new members, Rimga Viskanta, right, and Leslie Schnieder, left. The pair replaces Carol Skiljan, who chose not to run for re-election following 24 years on the board, and Patricia Sinay.
