Encinitas suspends in-person city services, online and via phone continues

In response to the novel coronavirus, the city of Encinitas will be providing city services exclusively online and over the phone, according to a city news release posted March 17. In-person services have been suspended.
All public counters are temporarily closed to ensure the safety of employees and residents. Customers can visit the city’s self-service website portal at https://portal.encinitasca.gov/CustomerSelfService#/home for information and assistance.
City staff continues to be available for customer service via email. Contact information for specific departments available on the city’s website: encinitasca.gov.
