Benefit held for local soul surfer and combat veteran

Local resident Denny Martin, a Vietnam War veteran, is in need of dental care. In recognition of his sacrifices, a benefit was held Sept. 17 at the Cardiff bar Tower 13. The goal of the event was to raise money for implants, crowns and other dental procedures.
