‘Boo By The Sea’ Halloween Carnival and Fall Festival

“Boo By The Sea,” Halloween Carnival and Fall Festival was held Oct. 18 at Cardiff Elementary School. The event celebrated fall with carnival rides, games and prizes, including a costume contest, great food and pumpkins! Presented by Cardiff SEA, which benefits the Cardiff School District.
