Encinitas hosts iPalpiti Festival

The world-famous iPalpiti Festival of International Laureates kicked off July 9 and is being held through July 18. Its artists are performing classical solo, ensemble and orchestral concerts in the community room at the Encinitas Library and at San Dieguito Academy.
