Bond with baby at infant massage class at birthing center
A four-week Infant Massage class will start Oct. 7 at the Tree of Life Birthing and Parenting Center at 617 Saxony Place, Suite 103, Encinitas.
Infant massage is an age-old tradition that enhances an infant’s physical and emotional well being. It helps parents give their new babies the best possible start in life. Infant massage promotes parent-child bonding while improving circulation, digestion and sleep. It is beneficial to all families, including those with premature infants and those with special needs.
The center is at 617 Saxony Place, Suite 103, Encinitas. Classes will be from 11 a.m.-noon Tuesdays, with the first class starting Oct. 7 and the last class on Oct. 28.
Classes will be taught by Rhonda Epstein, a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist with a diverse background and more than 20 years of experience. Cost for four classes is $75.
For information and to register, contact Epstein at firstname.lastname@example.org or 858-354-1956.
